Shrimp Something

Minced 7-8 cloves of garlic & brown in 2 T butter & 1 T extra virgin olive oil

Add 1/2 lb shelled, cleaned shrimp,  1 cup water, 1 chicken boullion cube.  Cook shrimp until done

To 1 cup of water add 2-3 T flour.  Whisk until no longer lumpy.  Pour into shrimp mixture while still boiling & cook until thickened

Add parsley & crushed red pepper

Put on top of cooked white rice
