Salisbury Steak

Press flour into Salisbury steaks & brown both sides in oil

Add chopped bell pepper,  1/2 chopped  med onion, sliced mushrooms, 2 cups water & 2 beef bouillon cubes

Cover & simmer until meat is tender

Chill in refrigerator until fat rises to the top & discard

Serve with a side of mashed potatoes & green beans
