Marinade 1lb of chicken with cumin, garlic, lime, salt & cilantro for several hours for desired taste
When ready, cook chicken in pan on the stove, grill or crockpot
Cook 1 cup Basmati or Jasmine rice in chicken broth
Add cilantro, lime & salt
When rice is done serve with cooked chicken
Add veg or salad or serve with tortilla shells
