1/2 lb coarsely chopped pork loin or ground pork
1 tsp brown sugar
1 T Chinese rice wine
1 T light soy sauce
1 tsp finely chopped green onions
1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger root (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
Let mixture stand for 25-30 minutes before filling
Approx 30-32 wonton wrappers
Wet edges of wrapper, fill with 1 tsp meat mixture
Then wet all edges & fold like a triangle
Bring 32 oz chicken broth to a boil, drop in won tons & boil for 5 min. Garnish with an 1/8 cup chopped green onions
