Dip Swiss steak in flour & brown in some olive oil
Sauté about 1/2 an onion & about 1 cup of chopped peppers with meat, green or multi-colored are ok
Add a pkt of brown gravy mix according to the pkg directions
Cover & cook on med heat until done approx 1/2 to 3/4 hrs
Serve with mashed potatoes & a side of your choice of vegetables
