16 oz deveined shrimp
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 tsp cornstarch
1 T chopped onion
1T chopped green onion
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
Several shakes of white or black pepper
Mix until mixture becomes sticky
1 pack store bought pot sticker wrappers
In each wrapper put enough in to fold like a small burrito using water to seal the edges
Brown both sides in a little oil then add 1/2 cup water & cover & lower the temp to med-simmer until water evaporates
Can serve with sweet & sour sauce or sauce of your choice
