6 cups sliced peeled ripe peaches
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
TOPPING:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, cold & cubed
Mix together to form crumble topping
Spray a 2 1/2 qt baking pan or cast iron pan
Arrange peaches in pan, sprinkle with topping
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes
