MARINATED FLANK STEAK

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp red wine or balsamic vinegar
2 Tbls fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbls Dijon mustard
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper

Pour over 1 1/2 lbs flank steak for approx 6 hours & grill
