LEMON PUDDING DESSERT

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1/2 cup cubed butter
1 cup flour

Cut butter into flour until crumbly

Press into an 8 x 8 pan & bake 18-22 minutes, cool

Beat 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese & 1 cup confectioners sugar

Fold in 1 cup cool whip & spread over cooled crust

Beat 3 cups cold milk & 2 boxes instant lemon pudding

Carefully spread over cream cheese mixture

Cool in refrigerator & serve with remaining cool whip or whipped cream
