BATTER

1 1/2 c flour

3/4 c sugar

1/2 t salt

2 t baking powder

1/3 c softened butter

1 egg

1/3 c milk

1/3 c veg oil

1 c fresh blueberries

TOPPING

1/2 c sugar

1/3 c flour

1/2 t cinnamon

1/4 stick softened butter

Mix together until crumbly

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Fill muffin tin with jumbo muffin cups.  Fill each cup 3/4 way to top then add mixed topping on each & bake 25-30 mins.  Makes 8 large muffins.
