CRAB CAKES

8 finely crushed saltine crackers

2 T mayonnaise

1/2 t Dijon mustard

1/2 t Old Bay seasoning

1/4 t Worcestershire sauce

1 beaten egg

Salt to taste

1 pinch cayenne pepper

1 lb fresh crabmeat, well drained

Mix together & chill for at least 1 hr

Make 4 patties formed on dish sprinkled with dry, unflavored bread crumbs to coat

Fry on medium heat in butter approx 4 mins each side
