1 cup flour

1/2 t cinnamon

1/2 t nutmeg

1/2 t allspice

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup softened butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/2 t baking soda

1/2 t vanilla

Cream butter & sugar

Add eggs, beat

Add raisins, chopped walnuts

Add other ingredients until blended

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray

Add mixture

Add sliced apples (or slice any fresh fruit) & add all around batter

Bake for approx 55-60 min or until knife comes out clean in the middle

When cooled frost with cream cheese frosting, buttercream frosting or fresh whipped cream
