APPLE PIE

2 cups flour

2 sticks softened butter

Few sprinkles of salt

Mix all together adding a little water at a time.  Divide into 2.  Roll out to fit pie pan

Fill with sliced, peeled apples.  Put apples in pie pan, add several handfuls of brown sugar, same with flour, dot w/5 T butter

Cover apples w/ 2nd rolled out pie crust, crimp all around sides.  Spread top with milk & sprinkle with white sugar

Bake at 400 degree oven for 15 min then 350 degrees for approx 45 min or when knife inserted feels like apples are done
