We went fishing today at Safety Harbor, Fl.  We didn’t catch  anything as usual but met a professional fisherman who sells to fish markets in the area.  He had just dropped his net, caught mullet, a local, mild white fish,  that he was cleaning.  We asked how much he was selling it for & we bought 5 lbs for $5!  Can’t beat that price.

Took it home, soaked in cold salt water for about 20 minutes, patted it dry, dipped in egg & Panko bread crumbs & fried in coconut oil.

So for $5 we have 5 meals, awesome!
