- 4-5 cups fresh mango, peeled, pitted and cut into small pieces
- 3 cups white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 3-4 tbsp lime juice
- pinch of salt
- Bring to a boil, lower heat, crush fruit as best as you can, keep stirring until sheeting on spoon
This makes approximately 2 cups
Can finish in hot water bath or frozen in individual jars
