LARD PIE CRUST – 1 crust

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 ½ c flour
  • ½ t kosher salt
  • 5 T lard 
  • 4 T butter, chilled and cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 4 T ice water or up to 5 T
  • Mix together to form ball, wrap in plastic & refrigerate for several hours

This will fit 1 9” pie pan
