INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ c flour
- ½ t kosher salt
- 5 T lard
- 4 T butter, chilled and cut into ½-inch cubes
- 4 T ice water or up to 5 T
- Mix together to form ball, wrap in plastic & refrigerate for several hours
