Brown 1 1/2 lbs ground pork, drain & set aside
1/2 head cabbage, finely chopped
1green onion, finely chopped
4 slices fresh ginger root, finely chopped
4 drained & rinsed water chestnuts, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 14 oz pkg wonton wrappers
Mix all together
Fill each wrapper, gently, with approx 2 T filling starting at a corner & fold like n envelope. Seal with a little cold water
Spray both sides of potsticker with olive oil & simmer until browned on both sides
Use your favorite dipping sauce. Can use soy sauce, sweet & sour sauce or make your own.
Sauce
2 T chili oil
2 T soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
