FLAKEY PIE CRUST

2 1/2 flour

1/2 t salt

1 c sliced, chilled butter (2 sticks of butter = 1 cup)

1/2 c iced cold water, or as needed

Mix together & divide into 2 & wrap in plastic, put in fridge for several hours

When needed roll out on flour coated surface for a 9” pie pan

This will make a top & bottom crust
