FIRECRACKER CASSEROLE RECIPE

2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
1 med chopped onion
1 can drained & rinsed black beans
2 T chili powder
2 t ground cumin
1/2 t salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes
1 can of green chili’s, put only a little (Leave leftovers for those who like it spicier)
1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

Cook beef until meat is no longer pink, drain fat
Add beans, cumin chili powder cumin & salt, stir
Add soup & tomatoes

Could add some sour cream

Mix well

Can use tortilla chips or try to roll in a burrito shell
