Brown 4-5 minced garlic cloves in 2 T butter on med-low heat
Whisk together 2 cups milk, 1/2 tsp salt & 1/4 flour
Raise heat to high, add milk mixture stirring constantly until thickened
Add cooked, cubed chicken, uncooked peeled shrimp or uncooked bay scallops to above,
Add about 1/2 c grated pecorino & lower heat to med-low to cook shrimp or scallops
Add cooked chopped broccoli & peas
Pour over cooked fettuccine, add pecorino cheese & some crushed red pepper
Makes 2-3 servings
