Cream of Celery Soup

Bring to a boil & then simmer

3-4 stalks of celery with leaves, 1/2 small onion, 1 med clove garlic, salt & pepper in 2 cups chicken broth

1 pint 1/2 & 1/2 whisk 5 Tbls flour into it

When vegetables are cooked put in blender until smooth, then add the 1/2 & 1/2 flour mixture to thicken

Serve with crackers or sandwiches
