CHICKEN POT PIE BURGERS

Sauté chopped celery, chopped shallot & grated carrot

When cooked add about 1/3 cup frozen peas, set aside

1 lb ground chicken add 1/4 Panko bread crumbs or 1/4 cup crushed crackers & 1/4 cup milk, mix. Divide into 4 patties

Spray a frying pan with cooking spray & cook until done

Put on a bun & add above veg mixture & add salt & pepper
