Beef Meatball Barley Soup

Bring to a boil 6 cups beef broth or 4 beef boullion cubes in 6 cups of water

Roll tiny meatballs from approx 1/2-1/3 lb 97% ground beef & drop into boiling broth

Add cut up fresh vegetables of your choice ie: celery, carrots, green beans, diced potato, snap peas, onion or a mix of frozen vegetables

Add 1/4 cup barley, not instant

Lower to med heat, cover & cook until vegetables & barley are cooked approx 45 min to 1 hr.
