3 egg yolks
1 c sugar
2 T milk
Mix well & cook in double boiler until it becomes a thick syrup. Set aside & let cool
Dissolve 2 pks of gelatin in 1/2 warm water & cool. Add to above mixture
Add 1 t vanilla & 1/4 t salt
2 12 oz of cottage cheese. Put in blended until smooth & well blended
Another bowl-1 pint of cream whipped & add into the above mixture until well blended
Another bowl-beat 3 egg whites until stiff & add to above mixture
Pour into graham cracker crust & set in refrigerator for 8 hours. Sprinkle some of the graham cracker crumbs on top
