2 T pesto
2 T extra-virgin olive oil, divide
2 c thawed raw shrimp
1/2 c diced red, yellow or green bell pepper
1 t capers
1/4 t dried oregano
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
S & P to taste
1/4 c grated Pecorino cheese
1 T olive oil, or to taste
Cook macaroni in salted water, drain
Add 2 T pesto & mix
Heat 1 T evoo & cook thawed shrimp, put in a bowl
Add chopped peppers, oregano , garlic powder, s & p
Mix all together & add pecorino cheese
